Bill Cook has been running bass tournaments for WON Bass for the past 8 years. Starting out with the Central Coast region, Bill added the Golden Valley region 2 years later. This year, Bill is adding a Summer Circuit for Lake Isabella as well as taking over the Southern California region for retiring, long time director, Ron Cervenka.
